I had another presentation meeting with a class from one of my previous schools but, this time, I did in the comfort of my house due to Covid rules. It still worked much to my surprise and was a bit nervy at times as I thought I wouldn't be able to answer some of the questions that were asked.
So in retrospect, the purpose of the presentation for the children is to prepare to make the transition from where they are currently to college so that they have some idea about college and beyond.
The questions that were asked were:
How did I leave the village school?
How long did it take for me to settle in college/university?
What other courses/subjects did I take?
How long have I been doing art?
Overall, I think as a whole everything went as planned and the kids asked very good questions I hope I made a difference.
